Women's Self-Defense:

Jeff Telvi began wrestling at the early age of 7. Since then he has trained extensively in many self defense disciplines and embraces being a lifelong martial artist. As a professional, Jeff has been seen on ESPN and competed at Madison Square Garden.  In addition, he is AFFA certified and has been personal training for 7 years. Currently, Jeff holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu under Renzo Gracie.

This course will be structured as a 6-week workshop open to ages 14 and up.
