*Pilates
Mat is a body conditioning system of fun and unique exercises
performed using the Pilates core principles (concentration, breath,
control, fluidity, intention). This highly efficient formula is a
way
to create a strong center and to restructure and realign the body
without creating bulky results. Practice of this method will
strengthen and tone the body (both large and small muscle groups)
creating a long/lean streamlined look. With both physical and mental
health benefits, this system can be used to prevent injury, unite
the
body and mind, dramatically improve posture and flexibility, and
create a confident, well balanced body.
